It shares four methodological commitments and one explicit directional commitment. Each linked page argues for its part; the links are derivations and disputes, not evidence inherited by every page. The directional commitment does not by itself settle system boundary, distribution, sacrifice, or institutional authority. 1. **Mechanisms are what act.** Incentive gradients, selection pressures, feedback loops, and capital stocks produce the distribution of outcomes. Intentions, labels, official categories, and stated values are evidence about mechanisms, or are themselves coordination mechanisms. None is a terminal value or a boundary of what is real. Treating one as terminal ends the mechanism search before it starts. Not running that loop leaves margin unrealized, and that is itself the failure. Investigators look for a commander. The copies are not descended from Aoi. They are descended from the iconography, the broadcast, and the coverage. That is a copying chain to a public template. The first of the four absences is "no causal copying chain from any original." The original doing the work here is the template, not the man who left. If the test only checks descent from Aoi, any meme whose first user disappeared counts. The page says copying templates is already mimetic, and that this diagnosis is for the leftover: people independently producing compatible behavior because the same incentives pull it out of each of them. Putting on the Laughing Man identity-template is not independent production. It is using the available mask. Read the show as mimetic copying of a media object, plus a first actor who left. The four absences do not all hold. "No copying chain" fails. allies_staged_itcollapsed A different cut, same section. Several of the most prominent appearances were staged by the original target's allies to muddy who did it. That is an organised plan: shared purpose, a command structure, the conspiracy cell in the table. Mixed cases are allowed. A mixed canonical case cannot be the clean picture of four absences. It is a picture of why investigators get confused. Confusion is not the mechanism.
