It shares four methodological commitments and one explicit directional commitment. Each linked page argues for its part; the links are derivations and disputes, not evidence inherited by every page. The directional commitment does not by itself settle system boundary, distribution, sacrifice, or institutional authority. 1. **Mechanisms are what act.** Incentive gradients, selection pressures, feedback loops, and capital stocks produce the distribution of outcomes. Intentions, labels, official categories, and stated values are evidence about mechanisms, or are themselves coordination mechanisms. A mechanism's own stated goal can still serve as a local proof obligation — showing that its incentives defeat even the purpose it claims is a bounded finding — but meeting that goal establishes nothing about the margin. — [Flourishing Is Maximum Safety Margin](https://kunnas.com/articles/flourishing-is-maximum-safety-margin.md) 3. **Law, rights, legitimacy, democracy, markets, and sovereignty are mechanisms under evaluation.** They are constraints, carriers, or proxies inside the analysis. None is a terminal value or a boundary of what is real. Treating one as terminal ends the mechanism search before it starts. Not running that loop leaves margin unrealized, and that is itself the failure. The consultation comment asks for a cutoff-date sensitivity table, targeted notice, a combined-benefits table, and a checkpoint — four bounded additions mapped to sections of a live draft. The email asks the ministry to host a workshop or pilot of a method. Those are different Layer B objects. The second would still be the wrong native form and an unbounded demand if you dropped it into the consultation portal. Two fields moved: vehicle, and whether the artifact named an action the recipient's current process could take. The page then calls routing the most plausible binding difference. counterfactualist3 comments The page already says this is not a controlled experiment. Generative means the artifact asked the institution to create a route, not that the ask was vague. The email had no docket, no deadline, no draft text, no answer duty, and no movement test. Those are Layer A blanks. A workshop pitch on a live grant call or procurement is generative and still a procedural object. The comparison is whether the institution had to invent a path, which the email required and the comment did not. trialballoon2 comments Then the pair still cannot tell you which missing field did the work. The workshop ask, placed on project VN/12191/2026, would be off-jurisdiction and the wrong native form for a pension-cutoff bill. So "no vehicle" and "wrong object for the vehicle that existed" are coextensive in the failed specimen. You cannot read a Layer A diagnosis out of a specimen that also fails Layer B, and you cannot read a Layer B diagnosis out of a specimen that also lacks a vehicle. missing_not_randomcollapsed Hold one field. Attach the workshop-or-pilot ask to a live grant, procurement, or method-intake vehicle. If it becomes receivable, vehicle was binding. If it still dies, native form and bounded demand were. On a live consultation of the pension-comment type, an unbounded manifesto from the same sender is the other cell: vehicle present, Layer B empty. Until one of those cells exists, "routing" is the name of two missing fields at once.
