Corpus frame

The corpus applies one lens to many domains: what mechanisms produce the outcome? It shares four methodological commitments and one explicit directional commitment. Each linked page argues for its part; the links are derivations and disputes, not evidence inherited by every page. The directional commitment does not by itself settle system boundary, distribution, sacrifice, or institutional authority.

  1. Mechanisms are what act. Incentive gradients, selection pressures, feedback loops, and capital stocks produce the distribution of outcomes. Intentions, labels, official categories, and stated values are evidence about mechanisms, or are themselves coordination mechanisms.   2. The reference telos is sustained flourishing. The broadest achievable adaptive safety margin over deep time — not the continuity of any incumbent state, coalition, institution, or doctrine.   3. Law, rights, legitimacy, democracy, markets, and sovereignty are mechanisms under evaluation. They are constraints, carriers, or proxies inside the analysis. None is a terminal value or a boundary of what is real. Treating one as terminal ends the mechanism search before it starts.   4. Optimization is a system function. A civilization has to build, exercise, and revise metamechanisms that search mechanism-space, discard dominated options, install, observe effects, and repair under uncertainty. Not running that loop leaves margin unrealized, and that is itself the failure. An accountable routing claim without a consequence that binds the attestor is a vocabulary. Outcome receipts that annotate a packet as irrelevant, without changing the attestor's future staking rights in that class, leave the sink sinkable. The residual is a refuseable staking right, not a one-bit header.

The Show is not a duty to place items on a scarce official calendar, and not a duty to evaluate every packet. Declared endpoints and bounded asks refuse universal evaluation. Residual: layered triage relocates the flood onto first classifiers, and a "your taxonomy is wrong" packet is an unbounded escape hatch unless it has its own declared endpoint.

First routers will be people who already have attention. Attestation histories then make them more selectable. Domain- specific passports block a universal score; they do not block concentration if the attestors in a domain are a closed set. A new router in that class has to be attestable by someone other than those names, or the passport is affiliation with extra fields.

The remainder that would change novelty is making attention-worthiness independently routable from sender legitimacy and content-truth, with a fail-able stake whose consequence is not only an editor's private memory. Routing assumes an evaluator class that can act. Someone who might benefit is not a buyer. If the far end has no connected owner- authority path, the packet reached a person, not a decision structure. The Cochrane specimen is founding, not classification. Shipping route-to-classifier as if it were route-to-founding hides institutional founding behind a packet format.

"Reached someone who could classify it better than the open internet" can pass by reaching a titled mailbox. Reach is not classification. The kill condition is a declared endpoint, with a published policy, classifying the packet as in-scope-and-relevant or out-of-scope, with a receipt that can mark the attestor.
